We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a property company based in Richmond, TW9 (Surrey).
Location: Richmond (Surrey), London
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 (negotiable)
Availability: Immediately
The Job Description:

•   using a variety of software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
•   devising and maintaining office systems;
•   managing and maintaining corporate properties, cooperation with lettings,  contractors, insurance companies and property managing agents;
•   managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing;
•   ordering and maintaining stationery and other equipment;
•   sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
•   dealing with telephone; first contact person for the office
•   PA activities to a director of the company;
•   HR cycle activities;
•   liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel, accommodation, couriers;
•   organising and archiving paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
•   photocopying, scanning and printing various documents as at hoc duties.


The Candidate
•   excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
•   professional telephone manner;
•   flexibility and an ability to think on one’s feet;
•   good IT literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet);
•   excellent organizational skills;
•   bright, confident personality;
•   well presented;
•   mature approach with ability to work unsupervised;
•   previous experience working as Office administrator/ Maintenance administrator or similar role is beneficial,  roughly training will be given.
